"A Barnwell woman was arrested after blocking the path of a school bus.
The bus driver told deputies she made a stop to pick up a child at 7420 Patterson Mill Road March 26, but proceeded on when she saw "no lights or movement." That's when she told deputies that a red car "raced around" the bus, pulled in front of it and slowed to a stop, blocking the road. The bus driver had to pull onto the shoulder of the road in order to turn on Hay Road, according to the incident report.
At the next stop, the bus driver said the child who missed the bus boarded and Louise Denisethal Pinkney approached the bus driver's window. Pinkney then argued with the driver and tried to pull the door open, states the report.
The 33-year-old of 7420 Patterson Mill Rd., Barnwell, was arrested by the Barnwell County Sheriff's Office and charged with interfering with the operation of a school bus.
She was released to the county jail."

What is not said is that she is the 911 director of Allendale and Daughter of James Pinkney the Chair of Allendale county council. Also that she faces Federal charges for prohibiting a State School bus from transporting children. According to the Allendale Sun they quote the county Administrator as saying the charges were simple "traffic" violations and that her fate would be left up to the committee , that would determine what actions it should take!

Well wouldn't you guess that Pinkney father is also on that committee, and she continued to serve as 911 director with no consequences from her actions of child endangerment.

Prior to this incident only a week before, James Pinkney said in a county meeting he wanted to violate SC law, by not allowing the county agenda to given out to the public until the day of the meeting. According to SC law, 72 hours is also needed for the handicap or special needs citizens who may want to attend and transportation may need to be provided by the county. So much more can be said about this crooked county, but they seem to get away with Killing police officers, beating women whom are pregnant and the Sheriff does nothing about it!
