Buyers Be Ware

I purchased a vehicle on 06/12/2019 from Alpha Carland, LLC located at 2578 Main st west Snellville, GA I traded in my car for a another vehicle with this company. The salesman Kevin sold me an extended warranty and implied that the warranty would cover the cost of any major repairs if I encountered any problems with in the first 12 months or 12k miles whichever comes first.

Unfortunately  in my case this turned out not to be true. on 10/29/2019 my car had to be towed to the local dealership for service when the dealer called in the warranty information the claim was denied stating that the fuel delivery pump was not covered along with some other items that were included in the warranty based on what I was told by the salesman he implied the warranty would cover the repairs according to the Magnuson moss act any time a car is sold as-is with an implied warranty that is fraud if they do not honor the warranty.

I would like to make the public aware of this dealership so they do not get scammed as I did, I am seeking the full amount of my loan to be refunded back to me and I be released of my obligation to these crooks. it really a shame of how car lots take advantage of low-income families and consumers who are trying to make ends meet.

living paycheck to pay their monthly obligations and to be ripped off by a shad tree dealership is not acceptable this is unfair practices and unethical business dealings if this matter is not resolved I plan on taking legal action against this company I have already file a consumer complaint with the BBB, Secretary of State and the attorney generals office.

I am going to stand my ground in this case, by all means, I will not sit back and be taken advantage of by no one as I have clearly stated NO ONE deserves to be Ripped off and shoved under a carpet especially after you took someones hard-earned money and I would have to believe that anyone in America would feel the same way

The bottom line of the matter is this your company sold me a warranty under false pretense you should not be selling a service contract as a warranty your company misrepresented themselves when you told me it was a warranty and not a service contract.

The bottom line of it is this your company is in the business of taking advantage of people, again as-is with an implied warranty in the state of ga especially when it does not cover what you told me it was in the first place and had the nerve and the audacity to lie about the warranty just to make a sale to just plain unethical as I stated your reputation should mean a lot to you but then again when you are dealing with crooked shysters this is what you get.

Its really a shame of how you sell junk to people take their money and do nothing to fix the problem and yes I am going to make it my business to ensure you don't screw anyone else over. You ought to be ashamed of your self. It is clearly a misrepresentation on your part I spoke with robert over at the warranty company and advised them about the complaint I filed against them.

Also all of you crooks are in the together however at the end of the day I was still sold a service contract underfalse and misleading misrepresentation it has my best advice to you and your company is to make the situation right STOP LIEING TO PEOPLE if the warrantys are not WARRANTYS and im sure im, not the first person that has been misled Kevin misrepresented your company point blank

The vehicle was sold "As-Is" with NO implied warranty. You were then sold an Extended Warranty that covers specific repairs.

As for your claims of what the salesman told you, that means absolutly nothing. The salesman told you that it would cover "major" repairs, but what does that mean? Exactly, that is too general to hold up anywhere. That is why you have to look at the WRITTEN warranty.  While you may consider a Fuel pump a major repair, compared to an Engine or Transmission it isn't.

If the WRITTEN warranty excludes Fuel Pumps then the company is under zero obligation to cover it. If the warranty says that the part is covered and they aren't covering the repair, then you have a valid complaint against the Warranty Company.

If by some extreamly slim chance you had any sort of claim, you may be entitled to a refund of the Warranty. But they are under zero oblgiation to cancel the sale of the car because that is independent of the Warranty.

As for the BBB, they aren't going to do anything for you. They are not a Government organization and have zero regulatory power. They are paid for by business..for business.
