Alpha Fab Industries/Alpha Motorsports Inc Race Winning Holdings Shaun McColley Custom Harness NOT Delivered Flint Michigan

I purchased an engine package from Shaun McColley of Alpha Motorsports Inc/Alpha Fab Industries, including 1 x Complete Engine, 1 x E92 ECU, 1 x Custom Engine Harness & Gas Pedal & 1 x Manual Bell housing... INV#20070 06/12/2020

When the crate arrived in Perth Australia, it was noticed after opening the crate, that the 1 x Custom Harness & Gas Pedal were not present.....I contacted Shaun McColley to tell him about the situation, he said the harness etc was in a white box inside the crate. So I then contacted my shipper, who then contacted Customs Quarantine to see if the Harness etc had been taken out for some reason, the shipper got back to me saying they had spoken to the man from Quarantine who had opened the crate & he said there was no white box inside the crate & that the crate hadn't been opened prior to this.

There was also an issue with the Manual Bell Housing Being incorrect.

There was a back & forth between myself & Shaun via mobile text message about what was going to happen, he agreed to make things right & replace the "missing harness, gas pedal & bell housing", I agreed I would send the incorrect Bell Housing back to Shaun ( I have evidence of this being signed for when received ) out of good faith & out of my own pocket.

Shaun has promised a tracking number for the replacement parts, to which I have not received yet, calls are currently being ignored & no texts are being replied to..... I am currently out of pocket $2076 + return shipping of the bell housing.
