Altell Of Albany Ga. They are the only ones who are still Altell here. Rip Off,and called and they tried to make it good and made it worse,giving out Co. secrets to me Albany, Georgia

I tried to cancell my cell phone,i could not get the phone to work right.I took it back 3 times telling them there was a default in the phone.Just to give me a diffrent phone.They would not do this and got very hatefull.So i told them just to cancel,they said they would charge me $400.00 to do that becuase i have 2 phones.Now during this time i had phone conversations with a lady name Stephine,and a man name Rick.I guess they were highher ups.But they said they would send me another phone,and cut my bill.Im a person who will give anyone the benifit of doubt.So i said ok.Bill did not go down,did get antoher phone,but it does not work either.I was told by Stephene that when you get the phones there,that they are all refurbished.And yet they was charging me 219.00 for my phone if i did not send it back.I slamed it down on the desk and told them where to stick it,in a nice way.Now not only are they giving bad service,but they are giving people phones that are not new.But charging new price for them.I cant afford 400.00 dollars to get out of the contract.But they did not hold up there end of the contract.Something needs to be done about companys like this and directv,they charge you to end a contract they dont hold up.Everyone needs to write there Legelators,and FCC. this is wrong.
