Altice Mobile Altice, Altice/Optimum False Advertising, Consumer Fraud, Fraudulent Billing Practices New York

Altice's entire business model is built on Consumer Fraud. I have contacted the FCC and the NYS Attorney Generals office about them repeatedly. Altice heavily advertised $20 a month FOR LIFE to switch to their mobile service. I switched 3 lines over to them because of that offer. The customer service was always a disaster that is at least a half day commitment that leads to no resolutions ever.  A year after starting service with them there were countries I suddenly couldn't call anymore. Then after 18 months they increased my rate to $30 a line and told me that this was my NEW PRICE FOR LIFE. Unbelievable!

They have even had the nerve to tell this NEW PRICE FOR LIFE nonsense to the AG's office and the FCC, further explaining that I have lost my Optimum discount on my Altice cell service because I didn't verify my Optimum account info. Well I've never been an Optimum customer and it's not even available where I live, so what kind of BS excuse for ripping off customers is this?

Altice has so many complaints that they don't even know who they are responding to anymore. I have even received emails addressing other customers.
