Never do business with these individuals because they are not honest people. They ripoff my sister when she and her husband leased a property in Miami Florida. Their constant harassments and intimidation was unbearable even though they always paid rent on time. Enrique Arguello refused to give receipt for the rent every month. Ms. Dionne Arguello acted as if she was the property owner when they did not own it and also acted as a real estate agent when she was not licensed in the state of Florida as such. They would go in the property when my sister was not there and when they moved Mrs. Dionne and Enrique Arguello accused they of damages to the property at a total of over $8000.00 which was all a lie. My sister has photos of the property when she moved and has three witness who can prove that the property was in perfect conditions, NOT the way they are accusing her of. All they are looking for is more money from them. Dionne Arguello and her husband Enrique Argali are still harassing them to this day. These individuals are evil people and they are not going to stop. They spend their days just plotting how to ripoff people with their so call real estate companies. They advertise properties and ask for upfront deposits with no security or guaranty that the property is available and in most cases they do not return any deposit. They continue to ripoff other people in their Miami area. even some of their neighbors do not even speak with them because they are both instigators. I hope to God they get caught and this nightmare stops.
