I came to A.C.T. to lease a truck Sept 2012, they leased me on 2011 T660 Kenworth on paper when i check the vin number and the manufacturers date out,iside the drivers door the truck was 2009 not a 2011 at all. They are clearly out to scam you if you go there to work. Anyone reading this do not waste your time with A.C.T. They are out to scam you anyway they can the worst ive encountered in the trucking business yet.. The recruiter will lie and tell you anything to get you to come to orentation just so she can make some money off of you. I was told it was a walk away lease before i got to orentaion when i got there and read it it was not. They are bad business in every way when you try to get miles and make money to pay for everything they will lower your miles on purpose.

I have done nothing but succeed since i started with my new company CMT Central Marketing Transport ... Was in the negative within the third week at A.C.T. Nothing but crooks, Period . Every other driver ive talked to from A.C.T. is on the verge of quitting dont take my word for it talk to the drivers.. Like i stated before they are even trying to charge me for UNIT RECOVERY over $ 800.00 which i returned the truck to them at A.C.T. on Kentucky AVE. Kansas City Missouri.

our program and we give them every opportunity to succeed. Many have
completed the lease and purchased their truck as a result. Unfortunately,
we, like all have some who dont succeed and are bitter. This all depends
on how they choose to run their business. Since we dont control the
business decisions that independent contractors make, we have some like this
gentlemen. But for everyone like this, we have many who love the program
and are successful.

Since ive returned the truck to them they adding up negaitive payments also adding UNIT RECOVERY alomost $900.00 When indeed the truck was returned to them on A.C.T. shop lot . Ive talked to attorneys and will be takeing action on this will keep this updated..

Truck year issue

In checking with the leasing company that supplies the trucks,
A.C.T. found out that this driver was partially correct.
The truck was built on December 11, 2009. Delivery of the truck
was on January 14, 2010 and the Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle supplied
by the manufacturer shows the truck to be a 2011. The Kansas Electronic Title
Receipt also shows the truck as a 2011. Therefore it is titled and leased as a
2011 truck. It is a common practice of truck manufactures to title trucks for
the next calendar year as soon as possible. Usually from January to March.
The Vice President of the leasing company stated that the above
information was discussed with the driver before he signed the lease and he was
given the option not to sign for this truck.
