American Classic Cars and trucks Alice Russell This company is a fraud with the sole intention to ripoff people Riverside, California

For months upon months I have been trying to collect the rest of my parts from Alice. She had my car for over two years, she was supposed to be done a year prior per our contract agreement. She closed down her shop around April in riverside and told me that she would give me the rest of my parts to finish my car as she said she could not finish it.

these parts include ALL my chrome (bumpers, trim, headlights, taillights, etc.) which i paid close to 3000 to her to have them rechromed, also my new carb, radiator, lights, glass, etc. THOUSANDS of dollars worth of parts.

i must have sent her over a hundred text messages and phone calls. I had one response saying she would look in her storage for the parts, well it's been two months since then.

i am 100% paid in full per our contract agreements, signed by both of us.

i have given her opportunity after opportunity to make this right, and she still ignores me. This is a person that I trusted, have given about 15-20k to and here I am getting treated like garbage.

whats a shame is the work that she has done isn't bad, but the absolute worst customer service you can imagine. I was very reluctant to file this but enough is a enough. my car has been sitting in my garage, not running, and incomplete.
