Six of the boxes delivered were covered with oil with oil throughout out the boxes.

Ten of the boxes were either crushed and or pierced with 4” to 6” holes in them.

Plastic totes - bins were crushed three broken cover.

Missing items

1 oil painting contains Heinz Munnich

3 plastic bins one containing 2 sterling silver tea sets.

12 boxes house hold items.

Damaged Items

1- oil painting packed by AK employees Camprio. Box arrived crushed in center of box.

oil painting stretched and must be repaired by professional restoration company. -

display lamp never removed Lamp bent and broke.

1 - oil painting packed by AK employees D. Woodville Box arrived crushed in center of

box.oil painting stretched and must be repaired by profession restoration company.

1 - China cabinet wrapped with bubble wrap by owner then covered by AK employees

arrived with broken leg at bottom of right front leg. Additional the handle was removed

and never replaced.

1 - Victorian Chair Packed by AK employees delivered with back upholstery stretched

and pushed in, seat cushion is torn from what appears to be rubbing by a abrasive

item. Cannot be repaired.

1 - Victorian Couch Packed by AK employees delivered with back upholstery stretched

and pushed in.

1 - Victorian head board bubble rapped by owner and covered by AK employees

arrived with bubble wrap removed and scratches on head board.

1 - Persian style area rug picked up by AK employees delivered oil drenched with a hole

where the rug was apparently dragged.

1 Persian style area rug “wool” picked up by AK employees delivered drenched with oil

on the ends and looked as if was dragged on a concert floor.

Full size bed room set was bubble wrapped by owner then covered by AK employees

delivered with out bubble wrap further end table dropped on front walk when being

delivered. Dresser drawers do not open or close properly on single dresser.

1 - kitchen chair spindle imaged.

1 – Queen Size bed and box spring picked up by AK employees covered with AK bed

covers delivered with tar and oil on both mattress and box spring.

Fine china set of 12 Nortiki and 12 wine glasses Two christal wine decantors and sherrie glasses missing.

The personal possession and house hold items entrusted to American Knights Moving.

It is understood if an item is damaged during the pick up and delivery. This however is

criminal matter and should be treated as one. Photos will be sent of damaged items.

Insurance company denied coverage on the missing oil painting because American Knights Moving stated to them that the items were lost 

and American Knights Moving refused to make a police report.
