I PAID $1795.00 SUPPOSELY FOR A XRAY REPORT TWICE...I HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I FILED BANKRUPTCY...i HAD TO FILE BANKRUPTY BECAUSE MY HOME WENT INTO FORCLOSURE...so if they were working on my house WHY DID IT GO INTO FORCLOSURE..THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR MY EMAILS JOHN ACOSTA, LEAH SIMS , JOHN STEVENSON IS WHO I DEALED WITH...WHEN EVER I NEEDED SOMETHING I WOULD EMAIL.JOHN IN MINUTES I WOULD GET A CALL BACK...ALL OF A SUDDEN I ASK FOR A REFUND AND NOTHING NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER...JOHN ACOSTA assured me 100% money back

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD do not trust these people they claim they dont charge upfront YES THEY DO i paid them $1795.00 for some mortagae xray, twice i paid for it because according to ama , the laws changed 01/01/13...06/20/12  i was charged $795.00...$500.00 03/18/13 AND ANOTHER PAYMANT OF $500.00 ON 4/01/13...I went ahead and filed bankruptcy and my lawyer advised me to call them and tell them for a refund BECAUSE MY HOME WENT INTO FORCLOOSURE while they are supposely working on it, how does that work.. BOA called me on numerous occasions for a payment, so I would let BOA know that i had a 3rd party company working on my case, everytime I talked to BOA they would tell me theres no one working on your case we would have it on file...so i started questiong AMERICAN MORTGAGE AID and they always had an excuse for why the information wasnt in BOA file...now all of a sudden I ask for my money back and no call back no eturn emails NOTHING...companys like you are HORRIBLE to feed off vulnarable PEOPLE like us.I called LEAH SIMS who is the manager of the company 8/5/13 and according to her I NEVER PAID ANYTHING...I have my bank statemants showing all 3 deductions from my account so lets see how they get out of this one...my contact person was john acosta i called him 8/5/13 @ 8:58 pm boy was he shocked to hear my voice calling his personal phpne...he assured me he would contact me today 8/6/13 and nothing...he will not answer his phone..DO NOT TRUST AMERICAN MORTGAGE AID 17702 Mitchell North, Suite 203.
