I worked for ATRS Dallas as a driver for a few months....and I have to warn anybody who intends to work here:

-They told Me I was gonna make $10.00 dls per hour as a driver..LIE...they pay You $105.00 dls PER DAY!!..after You already signed the paperwork and wasting 5 days waiting for the drug tests results to come back.

-Other Companies have a driver and a helper with wherehouse personnel sorting out the cloths from the miscelaneous, unloading the truck and loading all the pounds into containers that get shipped to Houston to sell them.

-Here drivers gotta work 12/13 hrs a day without breaks without a helper, making from 35 to 43 stops per day 6 days per week, without overtime or bonuses for working 6 days.

-Every driver brings about 4 to 5000 pounds per day plus another 2000 in broken stuff and trash left at the bins.

-that's about 5 to 6000# of stuff the driver has to first bag, then load into his truck, bring it to the wherehouse, unload it, dispose of the trash and finally load about 8 carts with about 550 or 600# each into a trailer by throwing all the bags into the trailer who once full...goes to Houston where they sale it by the pound, once he empties the carts...drivers have to load the empty carts into their trucks and secure them.

-The company saves money by not hiring a helper for the driver and by not having wherehouse personnel to sort the cloths from the miscelaneous (plastic,toys,books,etc,etc) driver gotta do it all.

-They make drivers drop bins at shopping centers without permmisions from the owners..sometimes as far as 20 miles from the drivers route who still has to make his 32/43 stops...one day they made Me move 5 bins in a day and still had to do my route...then they wrote Me up because I didnt' finish my route...
