AmMed Direct - Better Care Changed the Pay Plan AGAIN...when Tom is said to make 1.5 million a year and Kim $229k, are they getting a pay increase? Antioch, Tennessee

I guess there will be another pay change (for punishment) after this report comes out. People get ready to have another meeting! You know I would be concerned about a class action law suit for emotional damages, lets not forget pre-negotiated contracts with other companies thus hindering ones career, etc. I'm sure lawyers would love this case. I would also be concerned about News Channel 5 getting this information. Maybe they can do an inside story on what really goes on inside AmMed Direct. News Channel 5 loves these stories plus its local. Its a very small commute so they can save on gas.

Maybe all the bloggers out there can blog about how incompetent the people running the place are. This is almost like a sitcom. It's really funny if you take the fact that people supporting their families out there are stressed because the people that run the place are running it like they are taking pain meds or something. By the way, did you know you can share rip off reports on facebook, twitter, google and more. Just thought I would let you know.

I can only assume that AmMed Direct is either in financial trouble, which would be easy to assume except the paychecks some people are getting. So what is really going on? Definitely some kind of trouble. Maybe they are getting in trouble with insurance companies, doctors, etc. Its appearing their days are numbered. 

You can always tell when a company is trying not to go under. Now, if they actually made changes where they should be made then it would help. Every good businessman knows you always keep your employees happy. Happy employees talk good about a company. Mad employees talk bad about a company. I am taking it people are talking bad about AmMed Direct. How terrible. 

The latest pay change is AmMed doing a draw against commission type program. Like I said before I am sure there will be another meeting after this Rip Off Report comes out. The great news is there are so many, many call centers out in Nashville that will treat you like the royalty you are. "I feel a change is coming!"

AmMed Direct wants to keep cutting the pay to "save" money or what not then they will get people that absolutely can't sell. They will never make the kinds of money once made unless they go back to the old pay plan and make that one better for the employees. Those days are gone. AmMed Direct is a "used to be."
