AMR Appliances Inc Failed to show up; charged for diagnostic; inflated charge for part Bowie Maryland

 AMR agreed to replace an oven coil in my oven. The repairmen showed up for the diagnostic and charged me 40.00 to tell me what I had called them to fix-my oven coil. I gave them the part number and Rachid showed up without the part. He said he had to order it and it would be between $100-150.00. I told him I had checked on line and seen the part for $32.00. I ordered the part myself and contacted AMR to install the coil. They agreed to come on Friday 11/18. I waited at home well past the time they stated (9:00 to noon). When I called I was told he would rather come on Saturday at 9:00. As of now AMR is not available by phone nor have they shown up to fix my oven. If they can't get $200+ they just don't want the job.
