I rented from Andrew Sauer for two years in in the mid 2000's. He seemed like a nice guy at first but still rubbed me the wrong way with his frat boy life style. The house was fine but had barely any money put into it. That is fine since i had a choice to rent it and i chose to. A couple months in we needed a plumbing repair done. After several phone calls and promises from Andy, a plumber never came over so we fixed it ourselves and gave him the material costs... $20 and we never got a refund.

By the end of the year we were presented with a water and trash bill and told to pay it. This was never mentioned before at anytime but in the end we paid it. We stayed 1 more year and we never got the security deposit return plus had to pay water and trash again. He was worse to the people below us and they were charged for all sorts of appliance repairs despite none of it being thier faults. This guy is a punk slum lord that drinks all day and lives off of first time student renters. Please beware and rent elsewhere.
