Andy James Guitar Academy Unauthorized payment - Refused to refund my payment after my membership auto renewed. Internet

Andy James Guitar Academy are crooks. I received an email confirming my auto renewal today. I was not aware of the auto renewal and emailed them to request a refund. I had only Intended to become a member for one year. They told me they do not offer refunds anymore, and it was my responsibility to manage my own account. I then informed them that I could not afford the membership any longer, and they were putting a strain on my finances. They still would not refund my money. I recently broke my femur and will be out of work for an extended period of time. I don't have money coming in and cannot afford the membership fee. The $500 membership fee would go a long way during these dire times. I didn't wait 2-3 months to ask for a refund, I ask for it the day the confirmation email came in. I would like everyone to know what they are dealing with once they signup for The Andy James Guitar Academy and could possibly request a refund after their first year membership. Just know, your account is set for auto renewal. There is no reason my money could not be refunded since the transaction is still pending and my membership technically has not begun.
