Thrifty Vet Lloyd Mckinney Does not deliver product.I have ben rippedoff for 165.00 will not answer e-mails Internet

On 1/2/11, I ordered over 165.00 flea products from Thrifty Vet and have not to this day 2/08/11 received anything.I have opened a dispute with paypal but unfortunately i made the mistake of closing it because i thought i would give more time,However when you close a dispute with pauypal you cannot reopen it...That was my first mistake.I have sent numerous e-mails to Thrifty Vet and have only received one generic reply that says....(Sorry for the later than expected delivery time.   Your package was shipped from our Leeds office with an estimated delivery window of up to 15 business days and will arrive soon, there has been severe weather (snow/ice) that had disrupted mail transportation and the packages have been taking a little longer to reach some destinations.  If it is not delivered soon we will replace it at no cost.   It might also be on hold at your local Post Office if the package could not fit into your mailbox. Thank youThriftyVet)..This is total bullshit! Please dont be taken by this a*****e Lloyd McKinney like i was.
