i took a loan from USAA  for $18000 made out to his business to purchase the trailer. And I gave him 800 in cash and 225 via cash app. For the balance, so all together I gave him $19025
 
I found the trailer on rv trader and connected. Drove up to Daytona, Saturday July 22. As I was evaluating the trailer, Tony kept telling he had to run to Orlando for a meeting.   After we did the deal he told me to pull in the yard where the trailer was parked and hook up to pull out. Then I got stuck in soft sand for hours. He left me stuck in his yard and said he called AAA for me but I also have it and called myself.  They were able to pull my van out but not get the trailer. By now it was hours I was waiting in the heat and then rain with my family in his yard without any way to contact him. He blocked my number and stopped responding to my texts, so I thought he scammed me. that is when i called USSA  to put a stop check order and let them know the situation. The agent told me the stop check order went through but hold on the keys and title just in case which i did. 
When he finally contacted me via text, stating the funds are not available to him and they will not release the funds, I need to send the keys and title back to him, I did via mail that required signature he received it on July 27th. before i sent the keys and title i called USAA again to confirm that, and they told me he is unable to get the funds and i should send back the keys and tilte. The next  day he told me to overnight the title and keys which he received on the 27th . After that I thought it was over and I lost the cash I gave him which sucked but better than the whole thing.  a week later i found out the check did end up going though on the 25th of July and now im liable to repay the loan.   I tried to contact him multiple times through email and  from other phones and  all he would do is blow me off and tell me to "stop waisting his time". This is now been almost 2 months.
Mr Guerra has the money, keys, title, registration and the trailer itself and continues to not respond to me, or give me the oppurtunity to get what i am owed all i want at this point to have the money back or the trailer itself with what we agreed upon.
i have called the Daytona PD and have spoken to an officer, they said this is a civil case to get a lawer, which i did.  my lawer has sent Mr Guerra multiple letters.  Mr Guerra continues to be unresponsive. 
I have spoken with another law group in Daytona beach area. they have explained that he can not get away with and Mr Guerra must refund my money or give me the trailer otherwise i do have a good case to pursue. but before i spend many thousands of dollars on the laweyer fees i wanted to try this first to resolve the issue.
