  I wanted to adopt a dog and I did all the right things in looking into the person selling the dog. I looked for complaints and saw none, I called the person and heard dogs in the background and they had a local person that adopted a dog from them.

  So I sent the money down to Irving Texas. The fee was to include the shipping of the dog. I even got pictures sent of the dog I wanted that were not on their website. anthonypughome.com 

  After they supposedly paid for the dog to be shipped here I got another email asking for me to pay for health insurance for which I would get at least 95% back depending on which one I chose. The cheapest one was $609 USD. Right away I got suspicious and looked it up and found that this was a scam. 

  The address of the person I was supposed to send money via Western Union wasn't even a business address. I pointed out to the person that was selling me the dog that this was a scam. He said it wasn't and I told him that with the research I had done that it is a scam. 

   On Thursday Feb. 16th 2017 he told me he would refund me the money on the Friday. Friday came and went no money. Then on Saturday I contacted him again. Monday the 20th was the new day I would get the money. Then Wednesday the 22nd I would get it. 

  Now he is just ignoring my emails and texts I send. He did agree tbat refunding my money would be the honorable thing to do but so far nothing. Another person involved but not listed on the transaction is Anthony Min. 

Needless to say I have not got my dog or my money refunded. I begged him for it, said he could send via Paypal and he didn't even have to leave his home to do so. But still got nothing.
