Let me first say I have held membership over 10 years. I gave notice to this Onalaska, WI location, filled out the form yet continue to get charged.and harassed. I will never again be a member and reputation/communication skills are key in any business not here. I was informed everything was resolved yet I get continued phone calls from ABC Financial and Rick the owner of the location.
I am surprised after returning Rick's voice message how I told him what happened and it didn't matter. What a waste of money over the years to only be treated like this and when I considered coming back. Well now Planet Fitness gets my business for over half the costs and without greed.
Reputation is everything but everyone I know will know differently about the Onalaska and West Salem Anytime locations. It is my guess Plant Fitness will put the Onalaska location out of business in time so well deserved. I'm not impressed Rick.
I will follow up with other complaints so people know how this place operates. Wish I only knew before. It appears this is a common see just this one link.

I submitted back in March that this owner continued to charge my credit card for a membership I cancelled and gave appropriate notice and came onsite. I then cancelled my credit card to stop paymemt and they continued to charge even after cancellation. Now I received today a collections notification of $400 when the last payment I made was $37 before ending the membership. I called them today and will now file a lawsuit against Anytime Fitness and the owner Rick Eickmeier.
This is not the first time I have done this for corrupt billing and collection submission. It will cost them thousands and the way to do this is reach out to an attorney that only gets paid if they win, they will will. When collection companies and organizations like this do this they place an item on your credit report that is an illegal act, the attornies will sue all parties including the credit bureus which have a no liability clause so they will settle. People need to put companies like this in their place so always fight back to this kind of corruption.
