The political Party contacts the political Machines to pay into PATCH Advertising to write a highly damaging story that is full of lies and deception and is connected to the other preplotted scheme that has been planned out by the Mayor or elected official who uses their corrupt police department to fabricate and mislead about a story that Patch then produces and uses to defame the hell out of someone based on lies lies lies.  These stories are heavily bought and paid for by these political Offiials to use with INTENT to Maliciously destroy and defame.
