I have a credit card processing machine which is being leased by Northern Leasing, which I don't use as I have a perfectly good one. But, I am locked in a contract through APEX Merchant Group, whom I don't use either because I am locked in a contract with some one else. I am charged monthly through my bank account and they won't let me cancel without huge penalty fees. Please be careful what you sign...cash is king, you're better off not even accepting credit cards.

I have worked for Apex for several years and I can tell you they do not use Northern Leasing Company. This must be a lease you had with another company. Apex also assists merchants with buying out contracts with your previous processing company, just a little FYI :) Maybe contact the sales office and see what they can do to assist. My experience is that they treat their merchants very well and they are extremely fair. I hope things work out for you more positively in the future, as increasing business revenue by taking credit cards should be a positive experience!

I was about to go into a contract with company as an employee until I saw the BBB rating - F. You can say what you want about a angry customer but what about the BBB rating?

Why would you make a post that is clearly not a ripoff. You Read Through the contract before you signed it right. This report needs to be removed. This is clearly an angry customer that has abused this website with intention of making APEX Merchant Group Look bad, because he wants out of a contract that he Surely READ BEFORE he signed it. This is a serious problem, when Rip Off Reports allows this sort of crap stay on their website. Rip Off reports is a Rip Off in itself, but I see if APEX pays $2000 to you for an arbitration of this report it may be removed. Such a Joke... Angry people do so much damage to Businesses and then Rip Off websites like this one allow negativity to linger on....
