Apprasials on time inc Gregg Dobrowsky Breached contract, refused a refund, voided a property sale Stevenson Ranch California

 My real estate agent set up an appoint with Gregg Dobrowsky owner of Apprasials on Time, to conduct a full apprasial on my property. I had no idea who I was dealing with at this time. Gregg was almost 40 minutes late for the appointment. At this appointment Gregg gave a completion date of two days. A fact sheet was presented to Gregg to be used within his report. Gregg does not accept debit or credit cards so he was paid in CASH. Gregg did not have a receipt or even a business card during his inspection. He did hand write the amount, date and his name on the property fact sheet. He forgot to include a business phone number, email address or website address. Very unprofessional! Two days came and went and no apprasial. I had to try and locate this guy on my own. I finally found a phone number online and called. I left messages with no reply. Finally, I was able to speak to Gregg and his excuse for being late with my apprasial was because he had to work with his big contracts and was busy getting those out? We had a contracted date of 2 days. He took my CASH with the agreement of a two day completion. I never would have agreed to a later date. I had a cash buyer who merely wanted to know if the value of the home was close to the sales offer. Simple request that anyone would want for their protection. Gregg failed to produce this simple task, period. He had so many excuses as to why "after the fact" he did not have either a figure or a completed apprasial. The perspective buyer bought another property. I would have done the same.

I paid CASH for an apprasial that was not provided as per agreement or contract. Gregg was late to the apprasial, late providing any information regarding his apprasial and in fact did not complete the apprasial within the 2 day completion date as he promised. Nothing about " Apprasials on Time" was ever on time. When I asked for a full refund in light of all the problems, Gregg refused. He said was company policy to not refund. Where can one find this policy? None was ever provided. Gregg took my CASH, voided our agreement and stole from me. What legitimate company does not accept debit/credit cards? Do not use "Apprasials on Time" this is faulse advertisement used to hook you in and steal from you.
