I had contracted with Aquatech Marine Transport LLC to ship my Cruisers Yachts 370 Express boat from Occoquan Harbour Marina in Virginia to St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Delivery was to be made by 10/31.16. Deposit for transport was made on 10/11/16 in the amount of $1000.00. Aquatech owner Rick Butler was unable to complete the delivery by the required due date. Agreement was made between Aquatech and myself on 10/31/16 for refund of my deposit. I had been promised electronic refund then for a variety of reasons, a mailed check. It is now 12/12/16 and I have no refund and my last two communications to Aquatech (11/23 and 11/26) via email have gone unanswered.
There was no written contract between us, only agreement via email.
Complaints filed with BBB, Florida Attorney General, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Federal Trade Commission and Florida Consumer Protection Division.

Wayne Kulick contracted us to move his boat. He paid a $1,000.00 deposit. One day before pick up he cancelled because he found someone cheaper to re-locate his boat. He is not entitled to a refund. I offered to refund half his deposit and he declined.
