Argosy Draper Utah Ripped Off - Lied Too - Degree Never Available Draper Utah

I wanted to earn a Masters while completing requirements for Regulatory/Compliance Certification, after a great deal of research I found Argosy University in Draper Ut. to be the only school to offer such a program. I contacted the school, and made arrangements to begin courses. I was clear from the time I spoke with Jonathan, the intake counselor, to Bryce, my academic advisor that I was there specifically because of Argosy's Regulatory Compliance Program. 

I had even provided the courses listed in Argosy's class catalogue to my academic advisor when he advised me I hadn't declared a major (which puzzed me). When I was nearing completion of my program my AA continued stating he was having difficulty getting one final course I needed to complete the program. I had been enrolled at least twice in a regulatory/compliance course and then told enough students weren't enrolled, or there wasn't an instructor available. Despite this the school continued offering the Regulatory Complaince Program. 

With two courses left i resigned myself to just finishing the program, my AA and I decided I would finish my last two classes with HR courses; despite the fact I was not in the HR field. These were the most viable options offered to me. When I asked what my Masters was supposed to be in my AA stated it would be "Customized". Never heard of it, never seen it on any job application of any employer. 

The rediculous thing too with Argosy, you are required to pay for transcripts and diplomas - to me this was insulting. Not only did they not provide the courses I was emphatic about why I chose the school, I was told project management courses were also not available??? 

A few months after finishing the "customized" program and deciding not to accept a diploma or request a transcript I contacted the Dean. Requested allowing me to obtain a specific degree - because I reluctantly agreed to the HR courses to complete my "Customized" degree, we agreed I could complete the Masters in HR as it would require 4 courses. 

I am not in the field of HR, I have also been unable to find any hard data that Argosy is or was in fact Accredited for any of the programs I was attending in 2012-2014. Had I known Argosy has the reputation they do for not delivering the programs promised I would not have waisted the time or money. I now have collassal student debt of which I have no idea how I will re-pay. I am not an HR professional, I have been in Project Management/Regulatory Compliance and at my age, changing careers is not what I want. I enjoyed my field which is why I chose to become specialised in it. If anyone has suggestions to resolve my issue I'd appreciate the advice. Argosy did not hold up there end of a very explicit contract I made clear upon enrollment and through numerous emails. I was promised repeatedly I would be able to get the final course I needed to complete the Regulatory Compliance requirements. Instead, they wait until I'm nearly finished and tell me "sorry, can't do, not enough students, no teacher". Yet, they were still offering the program despite these substantial obstacles.
