This guy is a complete fraud! Telling people HE has done hundreds, no thousands of remodels when he doesn't one one house. He calls himself the PRESIDENT of Arizona Investment Link,LLC uh,,,,everyone knows there are no Officers in an LLC only members.

This guy filed bankruptcy in 2009 and didn't finish it till 2012 and ripped off a ton of people that gave him money upfront.

He had to pay fines, and his wife had to pay fines, to the Department of Real Estate for advertising Costa Rico property that they didn't register in Arizona. And were paying people $1000 spifs to bring people in for boiler presentations to get buyers!!!

He bilked over $400,000.00 from every day folks who he defrauded.
