I received an offer in the mail of full reimbursement of the MSRP of the KIA Sedona minivan I owned towards the purchase of a new vehicle. I went to Rohrman KIA in Palatine and spoke to the general manager who assured me that the offer was valid. He asked me to return the following day with the title to my car so that we could complete the sale. In fact he offered the same deal for my 2nd car as well.
When I returned the following morning with the titles to both cars, he told me the cost of a new van would be $26,000 and my car. When I asked about the MSRP offer he laughed at me and asked if I really thought I could get a new vehicle for about $3500.
The Bob Rohrman Auto Group has been less than honest in their dealings with the public and this complaint will only add to the many others found on the internet.
