Armondo Montelongo Flip This House Star Armondo bent me over and passed around the Vaseline! Henderson, Nevada

 Armando threw out the bate with his A&E commercial and like a trusting trout... I bit!!! I attended the seminar in Henderson, Nevada at The Green Valley Ranch Casino. I was so excited to think that this could be the opportunity of a lifetime that I had been waiting for and since he was in close proximity, I couldn't pick up my phone fast enough to reserve my two seats. My fiance and I attended and it was pretty much the same story that most of the other Ripoff ranters reported. 

They bore you with bullsh*t stories of how they were able to sucker eager and inexperienced people into getting themselves into greater debt to achieve an attainable dream of becoming financially independent and super wealthy. I should have known to begin with that this was a load of crap when the free seminar started with a bogus explanation of why Armondo himself was not going to be in attendance!

From what I have read from the other complaints of this real estate scam, Armondo does not show up until you have invested close to $80,000 and then you still might just see him on a weak skype video! In my opinion, Armondo Montelongo doesn't show up to his own events because the little bit of conscience that he has left won't allow him to face the people he is about to screw!

I felt like his infomercial was what bent me over by making you believe that he himself was going to teach and the vaseline was passed around by his seminar team as they fed you a bunch of crap so they can prepare to screw you by getting you to pay the so called "One Time" offer of only half of the three grand that is required for the three day seminar!

As far as what I have read, this "ONE DAY" has occurred in every city that they have visited! So unless they are stuck in a time warp, this is some bull!!  So once the they spoon fed everyone crap, they decided to give all of their attention to the people who took their checkbooks to the back table.

Once I told them I did not have that money available that day, they treated me like I had the plague!! No one had anything to say to me and refused to answer any questions I had! I walked out of the free seminar feeling let down and like my dreams of financial freedom were crushed! Armondo Montelongo is the devil's advocate and he might be able to screw people via satellite but he will pay for it on judgement day!!

God Don't Like Ugly!!! In other words, God will not reward those who gain wealth by deception and greed!!!! So a few weeks later my called I.D. reads "Armondo Flips", and a little bit of excitement comes back like maybe I will be given a second opportunity and speak with someone. I talked to the representative who joked it up with me and his only concern was "how much do you have in savings, on credit and what is your credit score"?

They are still trying to suck money out of me and my fiance!! Just to see how money hungry they really were, the first conversation, I told them I had $10,000, the second conversation I told them things came up and I had to spend some of my savings so I only had $5,000 then they have a different representative call me back and I told this one I only had $2,500!

He had the nerve to tell me this is the lowest they can accept to get the ball rolling for me to start the program! I felt like I was at the seminar all over again, it was just a bunch of chummy bullsh*t! I want to pay off my debt not make a new best friend who ends our every phone call with "How much do you have in your savings account"?!! They play off of your kind personality and try to think they give a d**n about your life and your family situations.

They are the scariest people I have ever met, if people can scam you and be that evil to good hearted people and still sleep at night?? really?? I feel like if they can so called guarantee your success, then why not ask for the money AFTER you make your money following his 100% guaranteed no fail success program??!? Any company who wants money up front and offers a guarantee is full of it!! If they want your business, make them prove themselves first!!

I am just so glad that I did my research and found this website before I made the mistake of cashing in on my life insurance policy for a bunch of books and repetitive c.d.'s!! For all of you who wrote and shared how you were screwed by Armondo Montelongo, my prayers go out to you but in the meantime don't think he got away with anything! When you do wrong, it does and will come back to you! It was heartwrenching to read a lot of these reports. I was one who was bent over, had the Vaseline passed around by his team members but thank God I didn't get penetrated by writing a check!
