Asatoly.com Bait and switch EUREKA Kansas

I ordered 2 Electric Car Jack Kits with impact wrench for $59.99 each (with a 6% discount the bill was $113.98) and got 2 2 ton manual hydraulic jacks that sells at Wal Mart for $13.54 each. I contacted the company and was told that they would "fix" it. I then got an email wanting me to send pictures of what I got and what I had ordered.

After that they said that I could keep the 2 jacks they sent me and would give me a $15 refund. Well that's not happening. They then offered $22 and the final offer was $27. I was told for a full refund I would have to pay for shipping but it would not be worth my time or money since would be  "international" shipping. I told them that it would cost me $15.40 to send it back to the warehouse it came from in New York. This is when the $27 offer came. I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal to get my money back, The Fair Trade Commision, and with Yahoo for allowing this company to advertise on their page.
