Ashworth College "James Madison High School" I'm having to call daily to request a transcript Norcross Georgia

I dropped out of high years ago due to some bad decisions I made. However a few years ago I decided  to join James Madison High School to obtain my high school diploma. In the beginning  of May 2013 I had passed my last class, paid my last payment which was $204 by ELECTRONIC CHECK over their website. The fees where drafted out of my accout within 2 days. After this was done I contacted the school to see how long it would take for my status to change from current student to high school graduate.  I was told that it will show within 72 hours after I.made the payment. At this time I was planning to further my education by attending a college. I have now registered with a Belhaven  College. I have taken care  of everything I needed including requests a transcript from James Madison High School.

3 weeks later one of the administrators at  Belhaven contacted me saying the transcript James Madison sent said incomplete and that I was still enrolled as a student. Who does that! What could a College do with a incomplete transcript? Totally a big waste  of my time including the administrators at Belhaven.Once again I call the school to figure out what was  the problem. I paid and passed all my classes with a 82 and higher. The man on the phone stated that I should've been told that if I pay by check it would take up to 30 Freaking days to show I was a graduate because we hold checks due to Some people stop payments or cancel checks. This was the STUPIDEST BS I had ever heard Considering $203 was deducted from my checking account 2 days after I made the payment. James  Madison High School will gladly  take your money but after you pay them they will talk to you like a child, and LIE about everything.I have called this school 26 times within the last month.

Everyday I speak  to someone different with a different lie. I was told that I could be forced into graduate status, then told to receive an fax within 1-2 days no transcript. I called back once again Everybody wants to play dumb! One man called me back saying I gave him the wrong fax number and that's why it has not been sent. Lol Omg are  you freaking serious! I called out the number it was the same, then he said no, I'm sorry the number keeps ringing. Ok which lie will you tell. So he said he would have "Her" to try  it later. I faxed something from work while on my cell with Belhaven Lord behold it went straight  through! I called this  morning asking for a completion letter I was Rudely told like I owe them something that it was faxed yesterday and that there's nothing else they can do for me!  This is what I get after all my hard work and determination. Plus my paid in full $1000.00 tuition fee they claim they're still holding $204 of.James Madison High School/ Ashworth  College you guys suck. It's like your not wanting  to release me so I can further my education. ALL I WANT IS MY CORRECT,COMPLETED TRANSCRIPT AND DIPLOMA! Give me what I earned and what  you owe me!  Worst school and MANAGEMENT EVER!
