I found a company online called CostCaptain that offered Microsoft Outlook 2010 at a very low price.  I paid for it with my debit card, but the ordere was "voided."

They debited my account and now deny that I ever ordered from them.  I have reported this to my bank's fraud department.

They hide under the cover of Asknet Incorporated.  The people at Asknet will give you all kinds of excuses, while CostCaptain will tell you, "Sorry, we never heard of you, you have the wrong company."
