Then when your payments make it late to them not only do they charge you a late fee but they'll tack on a $20 charge for PROCESSING the late fee making your account delinquent again when you send in your payment minus the $20. Predatory practices. They won't send out timely statement or email reminders for payments due. So if you're late you send in your late fee but guess what?  They tack on a $20 HANDLING charge for that late fee. Once they do that, they don't send another statement to you telling you that. They now send you another 'you're late' with your payment becuase you shorted them the $20 which makes you perpetually late. I'd like to see a class action suit to see how many others have suffered from this abusive and predatory bookkeeping. Doesn't a $20 handling fee to process your late payment defeat the late payment fee?  Is it me? Am I being unreasonable?  I don't think so!
