Recently RPM -Associa Real Property Management replaced two horrible property managers with Hayley Johnson. RPM is been a disgrace on our property for years. Here is what one former board member that resigned because of them had to say..

Former Board Members Review..

We’ve used Real Property Management at Hilliard Commons since the the community was built. They have consistently had problems including misspent funds, mis-treatment of residents, etc. I would not recommend this company for your property management or condo association.

Since Hayley Johnson has taken over the property has never looked worse. She occasionally rides around in her suv to d**n lazy to get out and walk the property. When you talk to her shes cool til you catch her in a lie or refusing to answer a question then she says " Your a renter I cannot speak to you"

The rules say they are to deal directly with an owner and not the renter yet she deals with renters except If you expose her or catch her talking B.S. then she cuts you off. I know of several renters who speak to her and she allows them to file work orders when the rules clearly say no.

Hayley johnson also takes part in a long history of selective enforcement. She sends out violations to some residents while others who are friends of board members or on their good side are allowed to violate rules..

This is the worst HOA i have to deal with... they sent the charges which they are not supposed to ask and also they have the worst customer service i have ever seen. I wish they improve this. They charge us high monthly HOA fee but provide very least service. i am very much disappointed with them.

Horrible. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. No one can answer my questions...or even call you back!! I've been dealing with an issue for almost 2 months and it's still not resolved!!

The board member above Wil William Brown said this to me today in an email..

 

"Did you know that most of us realize you have 100% legit concerns? "

They treat me like crap along with other neighbors but yet today im told by William Brown..

They realize I have 100% legit concerns and yet throw me out of meeting after i have been allowed for years to attend, refuse to talk to me and handle any problems or work orders because im a renter yet other renters don't have to abide by the same rules..

IS TAKING PART IN SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND TO d**n LAZY TO EVEN WALK THE PROPERTY WEEKLY TO SEE THE PROBLEMS.

She enforced a Latino neighbor for a commercial pickup truck with lettering. When i went out that day there were 8-9 trucks in violation
she had no clue about. These trucks are there in the day also. One commercial vehicle was 50 yards from her office door and
nothing. after complaining the board changed the rule to a " per case basis"

Then behind her office a vehicle sat with flat tires when exposed she wrote them and the tire was pumped up a few weeks later
The next week after that it was flat again. The license expired over a year ago and should have been removed a long time ago.

One neighbor down the street had their trash can out and recycle can for many months. She drove by it many times
it wasnt til i took pictures and exposed them that it was removed. Yet the foreigners across the street leave theirs out for 1 day late
they get a letter

Hello Everyone,

 

I wanted to give everyone an update on our property manager Hayley Johnson.

 

Months ago Richmark Gutter Company replaced gutter downspouts on our condo and the neighbors. The downspouts they tried to use were pieced together and looked like crap. I contacted the association and they had Richmark Gutter Company replace it. 

 

Immediately one could see the new downspouts were one piece this time but the color was much lighter thaan all the others on the property. I immediately sent in email to the board and property management only to be ignored. It was til two weeks ago when a board member stopped by to talk to me I showed him the downsout and he immediately agreed it was wrong.

 

TWO TIMES REPLACING A d**n SIMPLE DOWNSPOUT AND NOW GOING ON THREE...

 

Nothing was heard about the dowmspouts and I wrote Hayley Johnson again and this time when she wrote me back she said " the board approved the downspouts please have some patience"

 

WOW

 

First off this has been going on for months with no response from anyone. Now im told the bpard approved the job and have some patience. Richmark Gutter Company the company that did the job has been on site numerous time finishing phase three of the project. 

 

MY SUGGESTION- IF A CONTRACTOR HAS DONE PISS POOR WORK AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED IF IT WERE ME AS THE PROPERTY MANAGER I WOULD HAVE CALLED THEM AND ASKED WHEN THE NEXT TIME THEY WERE GOING TO BE OUT WORKING AND TOLD THEM TO HAVE THE TWO DOWNSPOUTS WITH THEM TO REPLACE THAT NEED REPLACED.

 

You see for someone to tell me its going to be done and cannot give a time when it will be done tells me two things..

 

1- The peoperty manager has no clue on how to deal with contractors

 

2- If the property manager had done her job right in the first place the job would have been inspected months ago when it was done the second time and they would have seen it wasnt done properly.

 

MY SUGGESTION IS SIMPLE- TAKE CHARE OF THE CONTRACTORS AND TELL THEM WHEN IT IS TO BE DONE. THIS SHOULD BE A PRIORITY BEFORE THEY CONTINUE ON WITH NEW WORK NOT WE WILL GET TO IT WHENEVER.
