But neverless he has rip me and family of every dime that was put in his trust of remodeling our home. He has now left thew project in shamble-so many things that need to be complete that now I have to pay another reliable contractor to finish the project at a substantial amount Waller Texas

 Responding to these individuals who call themselves Asuncion and afraid to use their real names if they could tell the truth and stand behind their story   if you had no money to pay for remodeling in the first place why did you keep adding more work like over $7.000 dollars replacing a wood floor? Why did you take our tools?  Mr. Mrs. Sanchez  

               Opportunity to resolve this matter was given and afford was made and they’ve been served with CMRRR and refused to respond.

 Are you trying to slander and defame us with this internet harassment, lies and crying wolf posting? You are not saying the truth and trying to get away from your obligation and Responsibility to the contract and using us for your financial gain and improvements to your house and taking our tools and the balance remaining and all the additional works that we’ve completed.

FACTS,   

 Contractor submitted a blue print and this project was permitted through city of Houston and passed all the city inspections according to building codes.

                 We signed a binding contract to remodel your house and blue print and documents, pictures are available to prove it , we demolished the entire interior of the house completely and left only the exterior bricks and framing and rebuild the house from inside out that is including new 4 ton and ducting custom HVAC, custom Electrical work throughout the house, complete remodeling inside with removing walls and building new ones and installing load barring  . Room additions. Plumbing, main sewage line, Custom closet and shelving. Insulate and Sheet rocking the entire house .  Installing solid wood flooring throughout the house. Brick works. Windows. Doors. Stone work . Converting the washer dryer space to walk in pantry.  Crown molding, Custom columns. Custom bathrooms and shower, reframing the existing windows , repair- replace and termite damaged beams and load barring  ETC  

 Almost at the end of the project after 4 months working in which punch lists were remaining we requested for draw to finish the project since we spend lots of money for additional work and not only there was a outstanding balance remaining from original contract also cost of the additional works for over $17,000 dollars that Homeowners were aware of ,requested and authorized them  , NOT only Homeowner breached the binding contract refusing to pay also THEY illegally took our hand tools and materials

 “per Homeowner” they spend our balance remaining of the contract and the cost of the remodeling for a cruise to Bahamas and $150 dollars a night hotel to enjoy their life and life style when NOW we worked there for free and they have no money to pay for our work and enjoying a brand new house. This is ruthless and shameless scam.

We believe that this was a pre plan scam /inducing us with doing all the additional works in which we spend in addition to original contracts,    sadly we introduced the homeowner to the lender to obtain a home improvement loan for this project in the first place.

We are responding to these homeowner’s posting and informing other good people and contractors to know and be aware of such a homeowners and don’t believe what they say “contact us for truth” and stay away from them, with their posting here they want everyone believe that we abandon the project and feel sorry for them.  WE did not abandon the project   Homeowner had a plan since they were not able to pay for the project “as stated in their posting” and this was the easiest way to get out of the contract attacking us that we are the bad guys. This is a pre meditated scam       

We trusted them. Is a shame    

 Being in construction business for over 28 years and completed over 20,000 projects we understand some minor changes and we don’t mind doing it if there is no cost on labor and material to us and that called customer relation.

 I would be glad to answer to anyone who is reading this posting or any others if exist and please contact us and we will gladly provide you with all the facts and pictures regarding this project and if you are in Houston area I would be glad to take you to the jobsite which we spend 4 months working there and lost and “taken from us” over $17,000 dollars and let you see the finish project and you be the judge of it,

Fact is that we completely rebuild the house.  Who could be a better qualified contractor to finish the punch list? If the contractor after 4 months working brings the project up to that point and STOPS, there must be a problem with homeowner. “Documents. pictures,text messages and crews who worked there are available”

These homeowners are ruthless who made living of taking advantage of people and in this case used US to show off their home improvement projects to neighbors and others when they already had previous plan to breach the contracts and have the job done for free.

 We’ve tried to resolve the differences and finish the project and on or about Monday June 09,   10, 45 AM at the jobsite picking up the left over heavy tools, Homeowner informed us that he does not want to continue finishing the project according to the contract and will not pay for any additional works and in that time some of the unpaid completed works were pointed out at him and “he could not responded” and word by word, we will not pay any more money including to any additional work

                     Customer’s posting indicate as the following,

                   Left the project after we refused to pay him any more money until the project was complete, as they stated they had no money  "and without any money"  people work to get paid!!

Please respond.                 did you paid for additional work or tried to compromise in which the final bill was submitted?   Some of the works like removing and installing a solid wood floor, fixing the windows in living room, crown molding, repairing any termite damages, preparing for stone works, installing the front door, sanding the floor twice , cost of first addition wood floor working, custom shelving , converting the laundry room to the pantry, brick works outside, reinstalling your ceiling fans. And many more. That they are aware of it.

 NOW.  to all the contractors beware of this individuals, they will pull the fast one on you as they’ve done to us and you will not get paid,  as you can see that they are blaming their breach of contract on us since is otherwise and used us for their financial gain against.

As a GC I was contacted by other trades, whom performed work at the property and completed their parts, they were authorized to take legal action against this homeowner and property. 

  Online slander, harassment and posting lies trying to defame anyone and misconstrued the facts knowingly, intentionally without their consent and hide the truth behind your posting in Texas  is in violation of Tx. Penal Code § 33.07
