atlas transmission pete haselden were paid for a new transkission to be installed all i got was lied to and trouble sumter South Carolina

In october of 2019 my transmission failed in my chevy 2500 work truck it was taken to atlas transmission in sumter sc to have a totally new transmission installed paid them over 4100 dollars to do this after 6 to eight weeks they said it was ready when picked up it had a tv set on the back and no gas in it and was shifting hard the owner pete haselden said it was ok and under warranty to go ahead and drive it .so after a few week the truck broke the flywheel off and quit about one and a haft hours away from home i paid sumter wrecker service 400 dollars to tow me ther it back to atlas transmission they said it was no fault of theres and it would cost me another 1100 dollars which i paid them after several weeks i got the truck back on feb 28 2020 the transmission staRTED SLIPPING took it back to atlas transmission they told me the converter went out and would have to be replaced and would be covered under warranty.

they said i would get my truck back in one week and assured me the truck would stay locked up until i got it back because i had tools on it.after five months of being lied to by everone who worked there i went by there here sits my truck out front of the building with alot of things missing called the police and a report was filed on everything they did not have in there shop.i had to pay someone to go up there with me and remove all items left on the truck and was again assured that my truck would be fixed that week.the owner then refused to speek with me sent others out to lie to me.

so on sunday august 2 2020 saw him there and ask pete when my truck was going to be fixed said he was not going to and cursed me told me to get off his property even accused me of saying things about his wife who i dont even know. so on mondat august 3 i had jand j towing and the police meet me there.and remove my truck . paid towing of 75.00 paid 64.00 for the stolen ladder 124 dollars for air coompressor battery that is missing 201 dollears for truck battery that is missing will now have to buy another transmission for 2000 dolllars and have it installed.this business rips people off and should be closed please he me stop them from doing this to others
