AT&T "KEITH" Purchased a phone from a manager that worked there without warranty, PHONE IS REPORTED LOST/STOLEN/REFURBISH Menomenee Fall, Wisconsin

I was looking to buy an Sony Ericsson c905a cell phone, Im with T-Mobile and these phones are locked to AT&T as a service provider. So I had to buy these locked full retail price at AT&T. I saw an add on craigslist about a BRAND NEW c905a AT&T cell phone with all accessories. The listing said that the this guy "Keith" works for AT&T and "wins" phones all the time through a yearly AT&T "show". So I called him up and he said to meet him at AT&T in Menomonee Fall, WI. I wanted to buy it directly from there. So I drove from the Border Line all the way to the AT&T dealership in the Falls, about 1-2 hour drive. He didnt give me the exact address of AT&T, just told me to wait by Burger King down the street, so I waited a while. Gave him a call, and he said he was so busy that I had to drive up the store to meet him. No problem for me, I actually preferred that, but why didnt he tell me to go to the store in the first place? So anyway, I pull up to the store, he calls me and tell me not to go inside, that it would be easier to do it out here. I said,"whatever". He comes out, knocks on my window and tell me to go to his car. I follow him and he pulls out a cell phone box, I DONT KNOW FROM WHERE? From his car or from the store. Looking back at the store, then looking at me, he shows me all the contents of the box. I gave him $160 which is less than HALF of what it originally costs. The box he claimed to be brand new, didnt seem so new. I asked him, this is 100% brand new, RIGHT?. He said, "yup, I win these phones all the time so Im able to sell them for cheaper" I told him I am with t-mobile and plan on unlocking the phone, he said, ok no problem. I bought the phone and drove off. He walks back inside the store. Being so excited, right when I got home, I started to get the unlock code, (believe me, i know how to unlock a phone). After numerous attempts, each time it said, this phone was either lost/stolen or refurbished and cannot be unlocked. Surprised, I even PAID a few PROFESSIONAL to unlock it, they are in the field and said the same thing, this phone was lost/stolen or refurbished. I WAS PISSED OFF i got sold a stolen phone or whatever, so i try calling keith, no answer for 2 days, so far, and still trying to call him. I called the HQ where he works at, they transferred me over to him (so that confirms he works there). and they told me he was busy. Even the guy at the counter said, is this about the phone you bought outside?  He wasnt surprised, I said, yes and he gave me Keiths full name which I choose not to share for his private rights. Everyone that transferred me knew him and said he was either unavailable or BUSY!! IM STILL NOT DONE WITH THIS GUY OR THIS COMPANY!

THEY"RE SNEAKY B***ARDS and KNOW THAT THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING UNDER THE TABLE AND DECIDE TO KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT ABOUT IT!

BE CAREFUL NOT ONLY WITH THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH AND PERSON, BUT WITH THE ENTIRE COMPANY! THEY ARE theives and dont care about your rights, just want your money!

SO WATCH OUT AND DONT ALLOW ANY ONE OF THEM TO "give you a better deal", or "meet you outisde" and now I cant return it, i have no warranty or no reciept!
