AT&T Greedy Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

AT&T where do I start? First off you changed the contract that many of us signed. Then you covered your butts by this
(((link redacted))) Amazing. You expect your consumers, who pay your bills to get screwed  because you are greedy. (((link redacted))). You think your angry because you feel you are being screwed? Guess what your , about to be minus 5 and anyone else who thinks you are a greedy company are going to leave. I have 5 months left. And I will NEVER , ever go with ATT again.

Today my daughter when to an ATT store. BIG MISTAKE. These people do nothing but chitchat amongst themselves until they are ready to help you. You should probably go down to Germantown Parkway in Germantown , TN to see what I am talking about. These people you employ there are about as helpful as a wart. They made us pay to cancel a contract 150 dollars to buy a new phone and sign up for another 2 year contract. I heard about a party, the supervisors ex husband, another party, a guy who tried to pick the girl up all while I am waiting to be helped.  So my daughter goes in to buy a new phone , because its a fact your iphone suck.  You sure as heck will take my money after changing a contract that I did not agree to. You sure as heck will take my money every month after changing my contract. As long as you still live high on the hog then the people don't matter right? These people pay your bills. Sure wish Steve was alive today. AT&T is greedy.

I had to go through three phones. THREE phones because when I when to upgrade all they offered was refurbished. The last phone , again, that kept recycling I was told to visit Germantown, Tn AT&T store. They turned me away. I had to call att again and tell the person I talked to what they said. The lady was so rude , I said well I would like to get my pics off the phone. Which had my daughters birthdays on and some pics I had taken off of skype when my husband was in IRAQ. She didn't care, she was hateful, non-conducive, and just a rude little person.

Then my husband buys my and Iphone. I have had problems since the day he bought it. Its funny how all the sudden I can't make calls, after making calls with no problems for a few months. I call att and I am told we have an excellent coverage area. Did you take down some cell phone towers? I called 3 weeks ago and they told me we were in a moderate coverage area. Did you all destroy some cell towers? And how come after my call my coverage is allowed in the house again? This makes no sense.

Keep changing your bs contract. Keep throttling my cell phone reception. You changed the contract. I am sorry I didn't sign up for it to be changed , or for me to pay for your parties , or anything else. YOU broke the contract , and your Iphone sucks. Then charge me to break a contract , only to pay for a new one. This is exactly what is wrong with America. Greedy....You do realize if enough people get together that the majority will rule. I think you screwed all your customers. To bad my family has fought in wars so you can live high on the hog.

You do realize that if we..the American people can overturn you class action lawsuit right>>
