I do agree that attorney Arvand Naderi is a monster, indeed.

And I will outline the reasons.

Firstly, attorney Arvand Naderi lacks professionalism, is an obvious liar, and has a hair-trigger temper and complately lacks impulse control.

So take these points seperately, for the public to understand.

attorney Arvand Naderi has come here, under the phony name:

"pleasekeepitreal,"  instead of printing his own name (so now we see that he is also a COWARD and an underhanded snake), and posted a clearly FALSE and very unprofessional comment.

He alleges the reveiws about him aren't true.

HOWEVER, attorney Arvand Naderi, BY HIS OWN HAND, her, in his own comment, has proven that absolutely all of the reviews, WHICH HAVE BEEN POSTED ON MULTIPLE INTERNET SITES, BY MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND NOT JUST ONE OR TWO, are ABSOLUTELY TRUE.

Actually, I went and read all of the many reviews (COMPLAINTS) about him and never found anything about him having relations with transexuals.

I also carefully read the complaints to see if there was anything about you being a convicted criminal.

Guess what?

They state that you are an undicted criminal.

However, you came here and, in your very same repley, under the coward phony name: "pleasekeepitreal,"

claimed you are not a criminal.

See what I mean?

And I will repeat: He has also, out of the blue, denied that he has relations with transexuals.

He claims that the other complaints say he has relations with transexuals.

I read the other complaints and I did not see anything about that.

So, in reality, Arvand Naderi has a guilty conscience and really does have uhmmm, activities, with transexuals.

Realtions with transexuals.

WAIT: So he denies something that was never posted about him? WOW. Talk about the ultimate Fruedian slip.

So then that only means that this dummy just told on himself, by his own hand.

So then attorney Arvand Naderi IS having relations with transexuals.

Smart (to put it VERY sarcastically, because this guy is far from "smart," as we can all see here).

Then, he comes here and posts someone's initialls.

So, Attorney Arvand Nader, are you saying that you're actually revealing the name of a client?

Because if you are, then you are in direct violation of the B.A.R. rules.

And, although the BAR previously elected not to take action on a previous complaint against you, the BAR has PERMANENTLY placed that complaint in YOUR file.

Do you know what that means, Einstein?

That means that WHEN (not IF, But WHEN) the next person eventually files another complaint against you (and it WILL happen. And I state this only because, due to your horrendously terrible attitude and snaeky illegal acts against so many former clients and then the rest of the population, someone or some PEOPLE are bound to submit new complaints against you to the BAR Association in the future), that past complaint will, at the least, give weight to any new future complaints.

Furthermore, anyone that you choose to reval, if ever a cleint, can then post another complaint and, at the least, have the BAR Association put you on warning and/or probation. and that's the least of the legal ramifications.

Sir, you are one stupid attorney and an even more stupid person.

And, keep this in mind: ANYONE WHO YOU PUT UP TO DO YOUR DIRTY WORK, also face legal reprecaussions, eventually.

SO, IF ANYONE IS AS STUPID ENOUGH AS YOU, TO CONTINUE TO DO YOUR BIDDING, CAN ONLY eventually expect to deal with their own LEGAL REPRECAUSSIONS.

They are not above the law. Beleiev what you want, though.

AFTER A WHILE, THOSE CONSUMER REVIEWS WILL BE RENEWED.

Consumer reveiws are the legal right of indivuals.

Consumer reveiws are an Amendment Right to FREE SPEECH.

They are LEGAL and THEY ARE PROTECTED rights.

So what do you do?

You seek sneaky cowardly ways to have others do your dirty work.

Since you're such a monster and unprofessional, you should not have become a lawyer or entered the work force.

Consumer reviews and complaints are posted by people who have been affected by and therefore have an opinion about a person and the business and have the right to post those reviews.

FREE SPEECH.

However, it's very obvious how unprofessional you are, because you not only cannot deal with your own consumer reviews, but you cannot respond in a remotely professional or proper manner, either. Therefore, you prove that each and every one of them are absolutely true and correct.

You are also a weak liar, Arvand Naderi.

You claim that these complaints about you have gotten you even more clients.

Really?

Welllllll, with all these "new clients" and this "booming business,"

HOW did you find the time to come here and Why did you come here and even respond and post the comment, under the cowardly alias:  "pleasekeepitreal," that you did?

Oh, and lets not forget all of those FILTERED BAD reviews on yelp, that you had buried.

I believe that several other people posted very bad, but totally accurate reviews about you on yelp. You even responded VERY RUDEY and UNPROFESSIONALLY and you even POSTED sensitive client info on one of those people, right before you had the entire review (complaint) filtered (but NOT forgotten and certainly still there, under filtered Reviews).

So what about all of that?

You say this other person already has a lot to worry about.

True or not, so do you.

This is the sole reason I say such:

Afterall, you are so obviously rude, unprofessional and impulsive, that you have to admit, at some point, sooner or later, your own evil acts against people, no matter how cowardly underhanded and sneaky, will show you for the horrible person that you really are.

And no one will do that BUT YOU, sir.

Your very own actions. And no one else's but your own actions.

And people will send in complaints to the BAR Association.

And remember, just like I did, staff of the BAR Association will research you online, UNofficially, and then use that to make a decision if the decision can go either way.

So how did I discover all this info and why am I posting a complaint?

I actually work for the BAR Association, although I will not state in what capacity.

Arvand Naderi might start abusing me, too.

And I've posted my nephew's name, instaed of my own, for protective reasons.

Arvand Naderi lacks impulse control and has NOT a shred of professionalism.

Who knows what this coward might have his dirty doers do to me?

I will say this:

Several days ago my nephew needed an attorney and Arvand Naderi came up among potential names.

Given my position, I willingly researched him, along with the other lawyers, And never have I come up with such complaints about any lawyer other attorney Arvand Naderi.

And this is why I state that he is indeed a monster and that people should continue to stay away from him.

Convicted child rapist? Not true. I think you are projecting again.
