Attorney Gregg Rosenberg Employment attorney: Do not hire.

I would not hire. I hired Rosenberg to represent me with an employment issue. I paid him $10,000.00. Rosenberg made all sorts of promises regarding what he would be able to accomplish and set aggressive deadlines. Months went by but he did not deliver.

When I would ask for updates or ask if there was anything I needed to do the response (when he decided to respond) as he was inundated with other cases and he would start something soon. I terminated him. He kept the entire retainer despite doing negligible work.

Hindsight, I would not hire this attorney. His contract is grossly unfair because it allows him to take your money, do essentially nothing, and not be held accountable. Please do your research. Rosenberg has had multiple legal malpractice lawsuits filed against him.

Look up cases in which Rosenberg has been listed as a defendant. Ominous sign when former clients file lawsuits against an attorney.  His agreement allows him to hide behind arbitration agreements.
