Rick Brown uses strategies in court that one day will be his down fall and makes him an attorney that few of his colleges in court services respect. His strategy is to be the loudest person in the room and to dance around a court room making himself the center of attention. He calls the judge by their first name and tells audacious lies, knowing that the burden of proof rest on the shoulders of opposing council to disprove, not his. The burden of proof or a better way of saying it is the burden of truth should rest on every officer of the court shoulders especially when there are children involved. All attorneys are paid to win but when a childs well being is at stake a good attorney should and most will follow their heart, not their check book.
