Trying to reduce the shame they moved next door but still the same auction.  Tony has his new auction manager Becky Sieger.  This has caused much conversation and laughs throughout the community due to she can be seen with many in her family throughout the town visiting auctions trying to learn the business.  She just was taught to clerk 4 months ago, sang in a gospel choir at a failed flea market time to time and only attending some auctions.  She is often seen breaking the auction code trying to steal people away from other auctioneers by attending their auction in progress.   Trying at the best what her family has been said to always used their religion in which they think people will trust them.  Known for their cult like family reputation in which one will lie and the rest swear to it.  A brief talk with her will verify she will talk nice for a second and talk bad about someone in the same line.  No bounderies appear.  She advertises her husband had an affair to anyone, even with her husband in the same room, wondering if she is looking for a love connection?  People say she is embarrassing to be around.  Trying to be high class wearing diamonds when they know she is no where near that.  She is a fake.

Her brother Jeff Pierce helps her at the auction.  Fired from another auction company and let go at a plumbing company.  He too is well known as the rest of his family for being a fake.  Not knowing his items.  Better known for taking items and reselling at other auction companies and outlets.  He has a bond already formed at other auction oulets to resell items. It is said both Jeff and his sister was said in the auction community both was going to released from the previous auction person at this auction for something they had been caught doing but that person quit prior to doing so?  Jeff brags to others about receiving unemployment benefits and not claiming money he receives from the auction.  That is ok Becky has been said to tell persons her daughter Tiffany is receiving funds from welfare and not claiming funds for cashiering at auction either.  Seems like Tony has a great company for State Fraud too. 

This family has ties in the already questionable auction family in clermont county.  With having auctioneers in the family.  Bad enough they don't want anything to do with them.  The people was wanting something fresh and honest.  It won't be here.   Understanding not only are they worse they can bring in even more horrible gypsy like.  Way it is said this family has always been known for deception using the cloth of God to hide behind. It is said they have perfected it to a fine art. When things go wrong they will gossip endlessly about everyone else because they do no wrong.  This probably is the perfect fit for the Gutter Topper founder.  It is said he files false donations to his church all the time.   Now if he lies to him he has a whole cult family against him.  It is said the family did threaten to sue the last auction company over a made up lie Jeff worked for.  It was also said that the state got that same company after he left for 15 counts of various items.  Would happen sometimes throughout his employment.  Said to have stopped few months after he was gone. 

The auctions has been a mess.  Unorganized and reminds you of a cartoon. Some people have avoided them due to they are unprofessional.  Before it was organized and was an auction.  It is said he pays this lady?  The other was not?  If this is how his Gutter Topper business is run I don't want to buy his product.  It is said the State has finally started an investigation.  Thank goodness.  Both the auctioneer and Iannelli need to be fined and shut down.  Now these type of people.  I was not impressed with her.  Lazy and not a professional for auction.  I don't want to flirt.  Not looking for a girlfriend.  I want to do business.  Don't talk to me about the past or other auctions.  Let's do business.

I was listening to what she had to say.  If the auction was going to change.  I had no plans of going there after what they did.  All they have to offer is bull about the past.  They could only wish they had the past at this point.  Iannelli destroyed that for everyone by kicking everyone out.  Paying some people for their items and making sign statements they won't sue him for throwing them out.

Without a catch and a miss they continue to go after innocent victims.  This time you can find them under Mt. Holly Auction with a new person named Becky taking in your items. Same owner same auctioneer.  Guess in Ohio you do not need a permit? 

East of Cincinnati Auction scheduled to resume after last friday when building owner and auctioneer made people get things out of the building refusing to honor consignment contracts.  Many consignors items was damaged or missing when they came to claim them after a sudden call from Gutter Covers International Main Office (Gutter Topper) outside Batavia to get their things out.  Gutter Cover Owner Tony Iannelli was there personally on Friday the 25th.  He wanted things out of the building.   But the new listing says the same thing as before? They even had an auction that night.  Now restarting again? What kind of scheme is this? What kind of valueables did people really have in that auction house?  This is the 3rd time him and Warren Hagge have done this in the same building to people.  There was many people that had items in that building.  Many was expecting proceeds to go towards Christmas.  I lost most of my items.  That day they blamed and told stories about everyone else, but the whole time they knew they was just going to restart.  You run into these people run.  They may smile, pat you on the back and talk a good story.  Just make sure you check their backgound. After I was informed more I too looked into his background he seems to have had many lawsuits filed against him under various alias names and company names in the Clermont County Ohio court.  He uses Anthony Iannelli or Gutter Topper, Gutter Cover or various other gutter names.  Reading one case Torbeck can you believe even a real estate agent?  Why didn't anything on this auction tell about him?  He was the one directing us to get our things out that day?  Handing our things back?  If you file a court action for the missing items - well it looks like you will wait in line - he surely does not care about money on attorneys.

Scheduled for this friday, Dec 2nd, they will resume consignment auction with the same building owner and same auctioneers.  This time the only thing changed is they have added the name Mt. Holly Auction.  The auctioneer Warren Hagge, H&H Auction using his helper auctioneer Larry Fussnecker will once again begin selling items or eventually do whatever to the items?   The auction listing is available online at the auction zip online site auctioneer number 28543.
