 While it is unfortunate that you are in this situation, it is of your own doing. YOU didnt read. There is ALWAYS a link to their site and to their Terms and Conditions. Did you ever think to protect yourself and do some READING on your own? Probably not because YOU are just like every other person who shops on the web. You 'CLICK" away and you miss the information presented to you. If you dont believe me, go back to where you ordered it and see for yourself. And they wont give you a refund. They stopped doing that because people just like YOU that clicked away keep clicking away and they were giving out refunds left and right. Well NOW they are NOT giving refunds because the T&C are CLEARLY defined. If you did not read it then that is on you. Blameing THEM for YOUR inability to either READ or your inability to UNDERSTAND what you are reading is petty and small minded. YOU DID NOT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! This means that they are under ZERO obligation to cancel the TRIAL MEMBERSHIP because since YOU did not cancel it in the timeframe given to you, you MUST want their service. SO they bill you. Pretty much boned yourself on this. Dont look to THEM to bail you out of what you did to yourself.
