In June 2019 I purchased for $161 what was sold as custom fit front seat covers for my Toyota RAV4 Limited vehicle. I waited til Sept 2019 to have a professional detailer install them for me, because the detailer was not available until then.
The detailer could not install the seat covers because if installed they would have covered the seat electronic switches making them inoperable. I requested a full refund from Auto Anything and at the co's request sent them several photos showing the seat covers were in new condition and in the box, as well as a note from the detailer.
Auto Anything denied my request for refund, stating 30 days had passed, even though Auto Anything's website guarantees refund if their product does not fit. I then asked for store credit. Auto Anything denied full credit & processed a whopping credit of $8.10.
This company does not live up to its website promises to customers: "When you buy from AutoAnything, you can rest assured that you'll get the right part for your vehicle, or we'll make it right." BUYER BEWARE.
