My husband and I purchased a car from the Clean Cash Car Dealership on 05/7/11. The description of the vehicle does not matter BUT what happened the next few days is incredibly unbeileivable.

I'm going to start off by saying that we purchased a car from "Nick" for the price tag of $2,000.00 with a $1,580.00 down payment. After taxes and all, according to Nick, the total bumped up to $2,580.00. Which was fine with us because he gave us a break down of the fees. "Nick" stated he would give us till the end of May to pay off the balance of $1,000.00. (Mind you the car was purchased on 05/7/11 and the complaint is being written on 05/10/11.!)

Now, "Nick" sold us the car with NO inspection sticker on it. (Wow that should of been a red flag right there.) According to Nick, he had not had time to get the car inspected for whatever reason. He referred us to this guy around the corner that inspected vehicles. We went over to this guy and the inspection did not pass. The guy told us that the vehicle did not pass because the battery had been changed and when that happens, your codes clear out meaning that your engine light comes off if yours was on. Basically it resets your codes until you drive the vehicle for about 60 miles, then the codes (if any) come back on again. Therefore he suggested to bring the car back once we have droven it for about 60 miiles for a 2nd inspection.

My husband and I went back to speak with Nick to inform him that the car did not pass inspection. My husband told him that we would return the car if it did not pass the 2nd inspection. Nick agreed and we went home with the vehicle.

On May 9th, 2011, GUESS WHAT- the enginelight came on.

On May 10th, 2011, i took the car to get inspected for the 2nd time. GUESS WHAT---FAILED INSPECTION. The guy who inspected my car told me that Nick ussually pays him $100.00 to "pass" the failed inspections. He recommended that I speak with Nick so that Nick can pay for the "pass" out of his pocket. (That's when i got a feeling that this is not the 1st time that this has happened.)

Today, unfortunately my husband was not with me because he was working. I called my husband and told him that I was returning the car to Nick, like we had agreed previously.

I went over to Nick's dealership and he was not there. I arrived at 11:00 am. Some lady inside said that Nick would be there in about 30-60 minutes. I told her I would wait for him. Nick got there at 12:00 pm. I told Nick that I wanted to return the car because it did not pass inspection AGAIN and that I wanted my money back.

Im going to outline our conversation because the way he treats his customers is CRAZY!!

ME: "I want to return the car because it didnt pass inspection again and i want my money back, my husband had previously spoke with you about this.

NICK: "I can get you the inspection, that's not a problem"

ME: I'm pretty sure it's not a problem. Your friend told me that you can pay him $100.00 to pass the inspection, but I don't want to have any problems with this car.

NICK: I'm not going to pay him to give you the inspection, I'm going to fix the car to pass the inspection. Let me see the sheet he gave you."

ME: The codes are not on the sheet but the code is P0046, and I don't want you to mask the problem and tell me it's fixed.

NICK: Well, you dont tell me how to run my f***ing business. I don't tell you who you f*** or who your f***ing behind your husbands back.

ME: What? What the f*** does that have to do with the f***ing car that your selling me. I dont give a s**t who your f***ing or who your not f***ing. Im here to do business and that f***ing car outside is your business. dont f***ing worry about me.

NICK: Well I will have the car ready in 2 days

ME: No, i need the car now.

He then called one of his workers to take the car and get it "inspected".

I walked outside of his office FURIOUS! and tried calling my husband but he didnt answer. GREAT! I thought. So then I called the state and validated his business license. I was thinking to myself that he couldnt possibly have a business license. Wee I found out that his license is expired as of 04/2011  and it would be against the law to sell a vehicle with an inactive license.  I filed a complaint with txdmv.gov and hopefully they will fine him for all the stuff he has done.

He is the most ignorant persdon I have ever done business with. I would not reccomend him to no one, not even my enemies. I wanted to slap him so bad, what the hell does he think I am to talk to me like that.

He is a fraud because he doesnt even have a license to conduct business, so how the hell is he giving me temp plates for my car. I guess he pays for those too.!!!
