Within two days of purchasing the pickup truck, we observed major issues with it. Although the salesman admitted that they had removed the cat converter from the truck we found out after we purchase it, it is illegal for a dealer to remove a cat converter. A few days later we had heavy rains, the back window leaked and completely ruin the headline inside the truck. We brought the vehicle to our mechanic. He pointed out that the front brakes were completely shot and the front struts needed to be replaced. Also the battery module was broken and they rewired it which causes major issues with the electrical system of the truck.

We left multiple voice messages and text messages with the manager of the Kalamazoo office and also the Battle Creek office. Nobody would return our attempts.
