i have purchased a vehicle given my $5,000.00 deposit repairswere not made. i returned the vehicle as soon as i could with out driving the vehicle more than 50 miles and within 3 days to be repaired but just continously lied to. the dealer has posession of the vehicle and the sales man has said that he will handle it but just lies when managers or owner is present. futhermore they keep pressing me to take the vehicle drive it more till the problems are worse and then they can blame the repairs on the warranty company. on top of it all i receive a call today where i am told lies on the phone then the owner proceeds to introduce himself then curses me telling me i am going to lose my $5,000.00 the truck and be subject to any fees. this is just not right or lawful. there is more that can be discussed. thank you for your time.

So, You Buy A Truck With KNOWN PROBLEMS?

Why would you do such a thing? The thing had problems which you apparently recognized but amazingly, you give them your money anyway!
What does the deposit agreement say? You also said you bought this thing. Does it have a warranty? If so, are they failing to comply with the terms of the warranty?
You may need small claims court for this. Check them out.
