The company says that you have to place a "deposit" on a car and the amount starts at $400 and goes up depending on the price of the car.  I had around $1000. deposit. I never authorized them to take the monies and said that they would give me a refund (never happened).  I took screen shots of chat conversations and have submitted it to my credit card company.  Von said that I would be refunded all of my money and that is not the case at all.     The company is very good at making you think that you are going to get a really inexpensive vehicle, however, they have you bid against yourself.  When I did not fall for their fake $30,000. price bid that they said someone else bid on they became very rude.  The guy also told me that the "other bidder" did not count because he did not place a deposit, yet, they still wanted me to bid over that guys $30,000. bid. They kept changing the date and time of the auction...Monday at 10 then 12 then 4 then 6...Wednesday same story...  the rep said, "You will get a call a half hour before the auction and when the car is on the auction block" (I waited several hours/days neither happened). I placed several phone calls and they NEVER called me for the auction.  I called them back and they said that I did not win the bid so I asked them how much the car sold for and they told me it was confidential and that they could not tell me. Seriously, please do not get sucked in as this company keeps changing their name and hosting companies.  They were hosted at one time with Go Daddy now they are hosted with Network Solutions (ONLY three months ago).  They are NOT registered with the Chamber of Commerce or the BBB as they advertise.  Again, I lost a LOT of money and hope I can SAVE someone else from making the same mistake!
