Prior to you purchasing the vehicle, our service staff did a video walk around inspection with you so that you could see the overall condition amongst the initial 52 photos of the vehicle prior to you making the purchase.

The fender was clearly not cracked as you stated and this was never mentioned to our office after delivery, or on the vehicle bill of lading transport inspection.

Our office has spoken to you via email and telephone in an effort to resolve this issue for you. We have offered to even buy the vehicle back at full price with no questions asked in an effort to keep you very satisfied. We have had several local customers that wanted to purchase this vehicle after our sale to you and they thought the vehicle was in great condition for the year -- we regret that you didn't feel the same way. Please understand this vehicle is 7 years old and it is expected to have normal wear and tear (as it does). We have tried our best to resolve this situation amicably and apologize that you are unsatisfied.
