Purchased legends Aero-a suspension from Avalanche Harley Davidson. After installation found that the susppension does not successfuly inflate as expect. After receiving 3 different shipments of replacement parts finally was able to get the system to inflate and found the system had an issue deflating, after tinkering I found more faulty parts (relay device that was poorly connect) preventing the system from deflating.
Contacted Avalanche and spoke to a manager asking to exchange for a different system that would not have these issues. The response was ~To bad, you purchased it, its yours~ followed by an explination that they do not take back electronics which was never expressed until I attempted to return.
