I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Aya. I ordered their Boho White Wedding Dress directly from their site, and though it was of nice quality and I like what I believed the company stood for, it did not fit and did not work for my event (my wedding). I emailed them back to see about returning the dress, and they told me to send it back and they would let me know when it arrived. I did not know that I would have to pay a $30 fee to ship the dress back internationally, but I paid it anyway.

My tracking number said the dress was delivered 10 days ago, and I followed up five times via email over the course of that time with absolutely no response. I even made it a point to include all associated email addresses to make sure my email was going to the right place. Now they have the dress and have ghosted me, and I am out $170. I am very upset and would have NEVER initiated the return (that they confirmed was okay) had I known this would be the outcome. I am now in the process of working with PayPal to dispute the initial charge to see if I can get my money back. Do not waste your money on this company that claims to be based on "light and love." And if you do, absolutely under no circumstances trust their return policy.

*UPDATING MY PREVIOUS COMMENT: I am still having an enormously difficult time getting this issue resolved. FYI that my previous IG comment was deleted by the Aya team because they said they would resolve my issue … they have not. It has now been 2 weeks since my dress was received and a refund has not been initiated. I did finally get someone to email me back, who said my emails were “lost” and that they would give me an exchange for another item. NOPE, not what was agreed upon. I have email proof. I’ve given enough chances and do not ever leave negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone to fall for this trap. I’ll just have to wait for my PayPal claim to go through to get my $ back.
