BAM Group Steve Jennings, ALLSTATE Took my money and did not provide reciept. Changed company name when I called back. Chandler, Arizona

I was contacted by three family members with a phone number and ref. number. The lady wouldnt tell anything except it was a legal matter and they needed to contact me. I called them and after a rude African American sounding lady talked to me she transfered me to a supposed Attorney Steve Jennings extension 343. He worked a payment agreement with me and said if I did not pay by the end of the month I would be taken to court. I was scared after they called all my family so I agreed to pay. I ask if they accepted money orders and he said only credit cards. I purchased a GreenDot Prepaid credit card from a local store and payed the "BAM GROUP" 350 dollars. I was told I would recieve a reciept by mail within 7-10 business days. It has been about two months and still no reciept. I called back to ask about it and they said they would send it out again. This has been almost two weeks ago. I called back today and now it says ALLSTATE when I call. Someone Please Help Me get my money back...
